Rachel Reilly |Software Engineer

Rachel Reilly is the founder of Unmatch.ai, a next-generation dating app sparked by years of reflection on the dating experiences of herself and others. She’s built early-stage products at seed startups and currently works as a Software Engineer at Common Paper (YC W23). Prior to software, she spent time in the Chicago restaurant scene, where she witnessed the universal need for connection firsthand. Through Unmatch.ai, Rachel aims to reshape the dating experience and help people discover meaningful, like-minded connections.

Rachel currently resides in Denver, Colorado, with her Yorkie, Bug. When not immersed in creating next-generation dating experiences, she enjoys bouldering, practicing yoga, and experimenting in the kitchen.
